After being on maternity leave, I found it difficult to cope with the pressures and responsibilities of being a Mother, working as a teacher and running a yoga business. I am someone who likes to 'go with the flow' but very suddenly, I realized that this mentality is not very useful when someone is trying to juggle household jobs, a weekly schedule, preparing food and getting yourself and baby out of the house in time...
I was starting to feel the pressure of the expectations on myself and it was having an effect on my mental health and my happiness.
I came across 'Mentoring with Siân' and she offered help and advice on how to develop balance in life and shared effective strategies that help to organise time, cope with stress and celebrate successes from day to day.

To this day, I still use Siân's strategies on a daily basis and have found that life is much 'lighter' and happier.
