The mentoring from Siân was a great help to me. My situation changed suddenly and unexpectedly, and I needed to go look for new opportunities in order to resume my career path.

Before asking Siân for help, I had no confidence going into an interview. I couldn't identify my skills and what I was good at and I had no idea what I wanted to say in the interview. 

Siân helped with a lot of things like gaining confidence, identifying my skills and what makes me good in the job I was interviewing for. From the first session to the interview, I had gone from having no confidence at all to the most confident I have been in years. I stopped looking back at the failures that had happened in the past to looking at the great opportunity that was in front of me. I have learned a great deal about what kind of skills made me a good candidate, and I went into the interview believing that I could succeed. 

The mentoring from Siân and the preparation help was a big part of why I was successful, and I am delighted in my new role now. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Siân.
